Development of Lurik Weaving Motive Designs with Coloured Weft Threads in Indonesia

Abstract: Lurik woven cloth is a traditional Indonesian textile. Its very existence is the primary potential for the national clothing in Indonesia. The word 'lurik' is derived from the type of motif generated by weft and warp threads, producing classic vertical or horizontal stripes.
