“…20 Ba(OCOCH 3 ) 2 , Ti(O-n-C 4 H 9 ) 4 , Bi(O-t-C 5 H 11 ) 3 , Mg(OC 2 H 5 ) 2 , and Fe(C 5 H 7 O 2 ) were used as starting materials for the Ba, Ti, Bi, Mg, and Fe sources, respectively. These materials were dissolved in a 2-methoxyethanol solvent with acetyl acetone to prepare precursor solutions with chemical compositions of (0.90-x)BaTiO 3 -0.10Bi(Mg 0.5 Ti 0.5 )O 3 -xBiFeO 3 . These solutions, with concentrations of 0.10 mol/dm 3 , were spin-coated on substrates at a rotation rate of 3000 rpm for 50 s, followed by a drying process at 150 • C for 1 min and a pyrolysis process at 400 • C for 1 min using a hot plate.…”
