Development of Job Stress Scale for School Health Teachers

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to develop the scale to measure job stress for school health teachers. Methods: It was performed through three steps. In the first step, open questionnaire was provided for 200 school health teachers to obtain subjective data on their job stress, based on which, 71 questions were created.
