Development of inorganic and hybrid perovskite materials and their application in photovoltaic devices

Abstract: Τα ηλιακά κελιά με αλογονούχους περοβσκίτες έχουν προσελκύσει μεγάλο ενδιαφέρον στη φωτοβολταϊκή κοινότητα τα τελευταία πέντε χρόνια, καθώς η απόδοση τους στη μετατροπή της φωτεινής ισχύος σε ηλεκτρική έχει φτάσει σε τιμές που ξεπερνούν το 25 %.
