© Lavoisier -La photocopie non autorisée est un délit Dans chaque numéro, Sciences des Aliments reproduit, pour son actualité, son originalité ou ses implications scientifiques, un article précédemment publié dans Cholé-Doc, bimestriel d'actualités nutritionnelles du CERIN, destiné aux médecins, chercheurs et spécialistes de la nutrition.Le CERIN (Centre de recherche et d'information nutritionnelles), association loi 1901, est un organisme scientifique dont la mission est de favoriser le développement et la diffusion des connaissances sur les relations entre alimentation et santé. En partenariat avec les organismes de santé publique et les professionnels de santé, le CERIN met en place des programmes de recherche, de formation et d'information. Ces actions ont pour objectif de valoriser les bénéfices des comportements alimentaires équilibrés dans une perspective de prévention nutritionnelle adaptée aux différents groupes de population.
