Development of equipment management system with monitoring of working characteristics of technological processes

The article discusses financial management methods and ways to optimize costs. Management of the cost of production of enterprises is a systematic process of formation of costs for the production of all products and the cost of individual products, control over the fulfillment of tasks to reduce the cost of production, identification of reserves for its reduction. Enterprise cost management is a component of the enterprise management system as a whole. Therefore, in general terms, let us dwell on some aspects of enterprise management in order to understand the essence of cost management. Management - the activities of an enterprise aimed at realizing the objectives of the management object, subject to the rational use of available resources.

“…The scientific basis for the study of the processes observed in modern Western agricultural agricultural cooperatives was provided by the most valuable materials of theoretical and empirical research on the characteristics (including problems) of the functioning of European cooperatives, in particular one of such outstanding representatives as the dairy cooperative "Arla Foods" , the development of which is accompanied by the tendencies inherent in many successful cooperatives: consolidation (through mergers and acquisitions); diversification of production; acquiring a transnational character of activity (Azuayi, 2016;Gaither, et al, 2008;Andersen, 2007;Belousova et al, 2021;Vigliarolo, 2020;Cheremisina et al, 2018). In addition, the work used statistical (and other) information about the functioning of "Arla Foods" obtained from the official website of the company, including from its two latest reports: 1) 2019 report, the emphasis in which is mainly on economic and financial results of the cooperative's activities (Leading Through Sustainable Business Performance); 2) the 2020 report, reciting the data given in it around the problem of the company's sustainable development, including during the COVID-19 pandemic and overcoming its consequences (Accelerating Sustainability Actions in Challenging Times).…”

The article presents the results of a theoretical and empirical study of the leading trends and the latest trends in the development of modern agricultural cooperatives (with an illustration of many years of experience and grandiose achievements in the activities of the world famous multinational dairy cooperative “Arla Foods”), due to various changes in the external environment (market, institutional, political, technological) and determining, as a result, significant changes in the requirements for the quality of human capital. Important scientific conclusions (according to the topic) were obtained on the basis of studying the dynamics of the formation and development of the Arla Foods cooperative, generalizing materials regarding its organizational transformations and mainly relate to (1) the importance of professional management for the success of the cooperative, (2) new requirements for the quality of human resources in connection with technological innovations (digitalization, for example), (3) the role of human capital available in cooperatives (its quality) in overcoming various threats and risks. The theoretical and practical value of the study lies, firstly, in the (scientifically grounded) concept of a modern agricultural cooperative presented in the work (using the example of Arla Foods as one of its most prominent representatives), and secondly, in the characteristics of the human capital of agricultural cooperatives, adequate to the essence of the evolutionary processes taking place with them.

The research aims to study the role of ethnoeconomy in the regional development of a polyethnic region and the structure of its vectors, which allows considering ethnoeconomy as a structure-forming factor for territories. Methodology: the research was conducted among ethnic entrepreneurs of the Krasnodar Territory. The authors studied the Strategy for Socio-Economic Development of the Krasnodar Territory until 2030 and surveyed 40 ethnic entrepreneurs engaged in ethnic tourism and crafts. Conclusions: according to the authors, the basic ethnoeconomic vectors include ethnic and ethnographic tourism, traditional agriculture and traditional nature management. The ethnic entrepreneurs surveyed indicated several problems in the selected ethnoeconomic vectors, for instance: limited availability of state and municipal programmes that would mobilize additional resources; weak infrastructure of the ethnoeconomic segment of the region, which makes the ethnoeconomic environment less competitive; and low financial resource capacity of the segments of the ethnoeconomic environment. Practical significance: the authors compiled a matrix table presenting the application of methods for regulating the ethnoeconomic vectors of the regional development of the Krasnodar Territory, which allows the authorities of the region to distinguish between the methods of regional ethnoeconomic development in order to control the management situation, adapt instruments and guidelines, and provide tangible support to ethnic entrepreneurs in line with the identified vectors of ethnoeconomic development of the region.
