Development of Employee Rating Analysis Model

Abstract

Improving the efficiency of enterprises is essential in modern society. And here the evaluation of the contribution of the employees in the organization is of great importance. Employees are the core driving force of every company. That is why the competences of employees are the main concern in large organizations. In order to properly assess it, many companies have a need for rating systems. In this work, the authors conducted research and developed a system for assessing employees using software complex and artificial intelligence. This paper describes the development of a rating assessment model and a digital information system module for rating analysis of employees in enterprises. MongoDB is used as the database, as the fastest way to innovate, providing the flexibility and ease of use of the database.
