Development of Early Maturing Glutinous Rice Lines with Giant Embryo using Anther Culture

Abstract: Early maturing glutinous rice lines with giant embryo were developed using anther culture. Deuraechan, mid-late maturing high-yielding japonica rice variety with resistance against rice stipe virus (RSV), bacterial blight (BB), and lodging, and Chenghyangna ge, early maturing glutinous rice germplasm with giant embryo were used the parents.
