Abstract: To investigate the potential of utilizing visible spectral imaging for controlling the plasma boundary shape during stable operation of plasma in future Tokamak, a Dα band symmetric visible light diagnostic system was designed and implemented on the Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak.
