Development of Capsaicin-Containing Analgesic Silicone-Based Transdermal Patches

Abstract: Transdermal therapeutic systems (TTSs) enable convenient dosing in drug therapy. Modified silicone-polymer-based patches are well-controlled and cost-effective matrix diffusion systems.
