Abstract: In this study, the influence of the incorporation of eucalyptus (EO), tea tree (TT) and rosemary (RO) essential oils and Chiriyuyo extract (CE) on the structure and properties of thermoplastic starch (TPS) obtained from potato starch, glycerin and water was evaluated.
