Recently, research on digital twin to generate digital information and manage construction in real-time by utilizing advanced technologies is conducted. However, digital twin technology is difficult to be optimized and applied immediately in real time due to the nature of the construction industry where information constantly fluctuates because the construction industry involves frequent collaboration tasks between different organizations compared to other industries, and the manufacturing target is different in each project. Therefore, in this study, in order to increase efficiency and accuracy of site management and construction equipment control, a CONS-DT real-time site management system based on construction equipment data and site sensing data were established through acquisition and analysis of site along with equipment information during construction. After generating a digital map of the site based on the sensing information of the construction site using the CONS-DT system, the site-related data of the BIM model, construction equipment information, and site and material information are mapped by location on the digital map. This allows the manager to intuitively grasp the on-site real-time information even from outside. In addition, the on-site worker is able to grasp the surrounding remarkable matter and on-site work at the exact site location. In the future, a remote system can be built based on the CONS-DT system and it can be easily applied in virtual space.
