Abstract:A competitive enzyme-linked immunoassay (ELSIA) was developed for the quantitative detection of the hexoestrol (HES). Polyclonal rabbit antisera, raised against protein conjugate hexoestrol-monocaroxyl-propyl-ethyl-bovine-serum-albumin (HES-MCPE-BSA), were utilized in immobilized antibody-based and competitive immunoassays.
