Abstract:An accurate, precise, robust and selective stability-indicating liquid chromatographic (UPLC) method has been developed for the monitoring of Fidarestat in the presence of its forced degradants. The drug was subjected to hydrolysis (acid and alkali), oxidation, photolysis and thermal stress conditions.
