Development of a Prototype of a Mobile Application for the Detection and Analysis of Malignant Neoplasms of the Skin Based on Computer Vision

Abstract: his article is devoted to the study of the possibility of implementing computer vision technology in the framework of using a mobile device camera to determine the type of neoplasm on the skin.
