Development of a mutual-assistance capability training program to safeguard the health of local residents in evacuation shelters after a disaster

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to create and evaluate a program to enhance the mutual-assistance capability of community members to safeguard their health during time spent in evacuation shelters after a disaster.
