Development of a multiplex PCR for identification of Dictyocaulus lungworms in domestic and wild ruminants

Abstract: Dictyocaulus lungworms are the causative agents of parasitic bronchitis (dictyocaulosis) characterised by coughing and severe lung pathology in domestic and wild ruminants.
