“…Aus ökonomischen und ökologischen Gründen ist die Direktsynthese durch selektive Oxidation von Propan über Propen zu Acrolein in einem einstufigen Verfahren eine sehr attraktive Alternative, die technisch aufgrund unerwünschter Folgereaktionen bisher jedoch noch nicht realisiert werden konnte 29. Vor diesem Hintergrund wurde in 29, 44 eine einstufige partielle Oxidation von Propan zu Acrolein im konventionellen Festbettreaktor und im Distributor an einem Ag 0.01 Bi 0.85 V 0.54 Mo 0.45 O 4 ‐Katalysator untersucht. Der Distributor mit ausschließlich verteilter Dosierung von Sauerstoff offenbarte dabei eine signifikante Erhöhung der Selektivität und Ausbeute an Acrolein.…”
