Abstract: Objective: The objective of this work was to develop a liquid chromatographic method for the quantification of antidepressants, namely duloxetine (DXN), fluoxetine (FXN), citalopram (CIT), paroxetine (PXN), and sertraline (SRN), by a chemometric approach based on Box-Behnken design.
