This review does not address outcome measurement instruments used to examine individual outcomes or outcome domains, as has been done in other reviews of children with neurodisabilities (Kapadia et al, ). Examination of outcome measurement instruments provides further insight into heterogeneity of outcome evaluation and also facilitates identification of potentially useful outcome tools.…”
