Development assistive technology for students with hearing impairments

Abstract: Lip reading is a technique of understanding speech by visually interpreting the movements of the lip when normal sound is not avalaible. Also as a primary method for individuals with hearing impairment to understand others speech. Lip reading requires constant attention to obtain complete information.
