Abstract:The aim of this work is to establish a novel, simple, precise and sensitive UV-AUC spectrophotometry method for estimation of Pyrazinamide from bulk and in-Pharmaceutical formulation and validate it according ICH guidelines. Pyrazinamide is used for the treatment of tuberculosis.
