Development and Validation of the Marginalized-Group-Focused Diversity Climate Scale: Group Differences and Outcomes

Abstract: In this research, we created and tested the validity of a Marginalized-Group-Focused Diversity Climate Scale (MGF-DCS) following Hinkin’s (1998) best practices.
