Development and Validation of New Method for the Simultaneous Estimation of Ceftriaxone and Tazobactam Using Rp-HPLC

Abstract: The aim of this study is to create and validate a fast, easy-to-use, affordable, sensitive, and accurate method for measuring Ceftriaxone and Tazobactam in bulk and pharmaceutical products using Reversed-Phase High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (RP-HPLC). Waters X-Terra RP-18 column was used with a running phase composed of water: acetonitrile (40:60 v/v) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. UV detection was used at a wavelength of 230 nm.
