Abstract: Background: For differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC), the main negative prognostic factor is cervical lymph node metastasis (CLNM). Two clinical prediction models were established based on the preoperative characteristics of thyroid nodules to provide a more individualized guidance for predicting DTC and CLNM.
