Occult peritoneal metastases (OPM) in patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) are frequently overlooked during imaging. We aimed to develop and validate a CT-based deep learning-based radiomics (DLR) model to identify OPM in PDAC before treatment.
