Abstract:Background: Dehydroleucodine is a sesquiterpene lactone isolated from Artemisia douglasiana Besser. Distinctive biological and pharmacological activities have been shown extensively for this molecule. Only one analytical method has been described for the quantification of dehydroleucodine in biological experimental systems.
