Development and Experimental Validation of a Shipboard Helicopter On-Deck Maneuvering Simulation

Abstract: Routine shipboard helicopter operation on many classes of ships requires that helicopters be maneuvered and traversed along the ship deck using installed helicopter securing and handling equipment.
