Development and characterization of a novel biodegradable laboratory-made pullulan blended films

Abstract: Aim: To develop and characterize laboratory-made pullulan blended film using pullulan obtained from yeast-like fungus Aureobasidium pullulans mixed with gelatin and sodium alginate.
