Development and application of a complex model of titanium diboride plasmosynthesis

Abstract: An integrated multifactor mathematical model of plasmosynthesis of titanium diboride was developed. The model includes 3 submodels: “Plasma generation”, “Evaporation of raw materials”, “Boride formation”.
