This research and development project aims to develop young researchers at Thailand National Sports University using the Professional Learning Community (PLC) framework. The research was conducted in four phases: studying the research problem, and developing a 5-step approach to young researchers through PLC, experimentation, and lessons learned success factors. The project had 36 participants. The results revealed that factors promoting research scored an average of 3.45, indicating a high level. Similarly, knowledge, skills, and research experience averaged 3.46, also reflecting a high level. The 5-step PLC process utilized for fostering young researchers includes establishing shared values and norms, collaborative practice toward a common goal, professional community cooperation, exposure to guidance, and reflective dialogue. As a result, six developmental approaches for young researchers were identified: self-development in knowledge, skills, and experience; preparation of research projects; writing research project proposals; implementing research projects; time management; and creating a conducive research atmosphere on campus. Implementing these approaches led to the formulation of 21 research proposals. Evaluation of these proposals yielded an average score of 3.51, meeting the criteria with a 100% success rate. Noteworthy aspects include openness, utilization of external expert networks, adjustment of attitudes towards research significance, and administrative support for research. In summary, this study underscores the significance of the 5-step PLC process as a pivotal approach in nurturing the next generation of researchers. Thailand National Sports University and other institutions can adopt this process to foster a culture of research and development among faculty and students.

The main aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the course designed by the author, which focuses on practical application, in improving students' pedagogical skills. Furthermore, the research aims to identify the challenges faced by teacher education institutions in this context and examine the mechanisms involved in improving pedagogical capabilities. The evaluation of students' instructional capacity is conducted through the utilization of both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. The Mann-Whitney U-test statistical test was used to confirm that the data conformed to the normal distribution law. The research encompassed a sample of 51 students from Zhetysu University, specifically named after I. Zhansugurov, located in Kazakhstan. The results showed that the conditions for supporting the pedagogical potential of students are not sufficiently created at the university. This demonstrated the necessity of the upcoming tasks, which included the introduction of the author's practice-oriented course and the development of pedagogical environments for the preparation of future educators to enhance their pedagogical potential. Finally, higher education policy experts in Kazakhstan might employ "practice-oriented courses" and pedagogical settings to improve the pedagogical expertise of future educators in pedagogical universities.

The purpose of this research is to get the opinions of teacher candidates to train future primary schoolteachers to create a communication culture through educational technologies. This study was created with the qualitative research method. The study group of the research consists of 40 teacher candidates studying in the primary school teaching department at various universities in Kazakhstan. Research data were collected with a semi-structured interview form developed by the researchers. As a result of the research, while the majority of primary schoolteacher candidates found themselves sufficient in using technology, they found themselves moderately competent in using educational technologies. In addition, the vast majority of teacher candidates consider themselves inadequate in providing education through educational technologies. The majority of primary schoolteacher candidates participating in the research stated that educational technologies have a positive effect on creating a communication culture. Primary schoolteacher candidates stated that programmes related to educational technologies and creating a communication culture should be developed in universities. It is necessary to implement the suggestions of pre-service teachers on improving the communication culture and to organise the education given at universities in this direction.
