Developing Spatial Orientation at Young Volleyball Players

Abstract: Modern volleyball game needs to develop new skills; those new abilities are spatial orientation and balance skills. Our research focused on discovering and testing balance and spatial orientation skills of 25 volleyball players from ACS Alpha Sports Team Sibiu, aged 10.22 ± 2.49 years.
