Developing Protégé to Structure Medical Report

Abstract: The paper presents a creation of an Ontological framework for the capture, integration and presentation of clinical information embedded in medical reports. The project used a hybrid method of top-down and bottom-up method started by abstracting the concept healthcare event resulting in reusable knowledge structure.
