The study is aimed at solving a problem generated by the necessity to change the organizational forms of digital learning to prepare graduates who meet the requirements of today's labor market; who are equipped with teamwork skills and skills of project-management under uncertainty which are especially relevant nowadays.The purpose of the study is to provide a theoretical foundation for and experimentally verify the effectiveness of involving students in project teamwork on designing smart applications by means of modern digital technologies; project teamwork activities allow developing the skills and abilities characteristic of a strong research culture necessary for making future discoveries in science and technology.The research methods are the analysis and generalization of psychological and pedagogical literature, of development strategies and education theories; mathematical methods of statistics, psychodiagnostics and survey methods. The pedagogical experiment is illustrated by the example of assessing the development of teamwork skills, project management skills, and programming skills which form the basis for professional self-realization of graduates.The study results. The study specifies the concepts of the ability to work in a team and smart application in the context of training professionals for digital economy. The didactic potential of project team work in the sphere of self-realization of graduates is described. The authors reveal the characteristics, principles, and stages of team work on the project aimed at designing a smart application. They offer their recommendations regarding the process of planning and organizing team activities, specifying the skills and abilities necessary to help a person succeed in today's digital society and to get a profession which is in demand on the labor market.The authors draw a conclusion that project teamwork meets the requirements of digital education and contributes to successful professional self-realization of university graduates if it is well designed, accurately planned, and monitored by the educator to the extent necessary.

Petani tembakau pada Jawa Tengah sering melakukan hubungan komersial terhadap banyak pihak. Salah satu dari aksi proses tersebut adalah proses hutang piutang antara petani dengan pedagang. Kesulitan yang muncul dari proses tersebut adalah ketika mencatat data hutang setiap harinya. Seringkali petani pada daerah tersebut masih menggunakan kertas sebagai media untuk menyimpan data hutang. Tentunya hal ini dapat menjadi masalah ketika kertas tersebut hilang dan data hutang yang dimiliki juga hilang. Sehingga diusulkan untuk membuat aplikasi pencatatan hutang pada perangkat bergerak sehingga mudah dibawa dan data yang disimpan tidak mudah hilang. Tetapi muncul permasalahan baru yaitu ketika perangkat bergerak tidak terhubung dengas jaringan internet apakah data hutang masih tetap dapat disimpan melihat bahwa daerah tempat petani berada tidak memiliki jaringan internet yang memadai. Berdasarkan pada masalah yang dihadapi, maka diusulkan untuk membuat algoritma sinkronisasi yang dapat menangani ketika perangkat bergerak tidak terhubung dengan jaringan internet. Data tersebut akan dilakukan sinkronisasi pada aplikasi situs web yang dibuat, sehingga data yang dimasukkan oleh petani ketika tidak terhubung dengan jaringan internet dapat tersimpan dengan baik tanpa takut kehilangan data hutang tersebut. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pengujian kotak putih dan pengujian aktual. Untuk pengujian kotak putih yang diujikan pada algoritma yang telah dibuat, didapatkan hasil bahwa algoritma yang dibuat memiliki tingkat resiko yang rendah dan probabilitas perbaikan sebesar 5 persen. Untuk pengujian aktual yang dilakukan, berdasarkan hasil yang didapat tiap skenario pengujian dapat teruji dengan baik dan menghasilkan hasil yang baik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa algoritma yang telah dibuat layak untuk diterapkan pada perangkat bergerak.

The digital transformation revolution has been crawling toward almost all aspects of our lives. One form of the digital transformation revolution appears in the transformation of our routine everyday tasks into computer executable programs in the form of web, desktop and mobile applications. The vast field of software engineering that has witnessed a significant progress in the past years is responsible for this form of digital transformation. Software development as well as other branches of software engineering has been affected by this progress. Developing applications that run on top of mobile devices requires the software developer to consider the limited resources of these devices, which on one side give them their mobile advantages, however, on the other side, if an application is developed without the consideration of these limited resources then the mobile application will neither work properly nor allow the device to run smoothly. In this paper, we introduce a hybrid approach for program optimization. It succeeded in optimizing the search process for the optimal program transformation sequence that targets a specific optimization goal. In this research we targeted the program size, to reach the lowest possible decline rate of the number of Lines of Code (LoC) of a targeted program. The experimental results from applying the hybrid approach on synthetic program transformation problems show a significant improve in the optimized output on which the hybrid approach achieved an LoC decline rate of 50.51% over the application of basic genetic algorithm only where 17.34% LoC decline rate was reached.
