Developing nursing clinical data models addressing delusion and hallucination with Meleis transitions theory as the theoretical reference model: A focus group study

Abstract: Purpose: To build the final clinical data models regarding the nursing focuses "Delusion" and "Hallucination" with Meleis transitions theory as the theoretical reference model. Design and Methods:A qualitative descriptive design was adopted, using two focus groups.
