Developing Mentee Skills: A Curriculum Guide

Abstract: The transition to the practice period presents challenges both for new graduates and their employers. Mentorship can support veterinary students’ preparation for their career and improve their transition to practice. To actively and productively engage in mentoring, veterinary colleges can prepare students to develop their skills as mentees.
