Developing Isoxazole as a Native Photo‐Cross‐Linker for Photoaffinity Labeling and Chemoproteomics

Abstract: Photoaffinity labeling is a powerful technique to interrogate drug‐protein interactions in native cellular environments. Photo‐cross‐linkers are instrumental for this technique.
