Today there is a need to develop a method of hydrokinesis therapy as a means of gradual formation of motor skills in children with spastic diplegia of cerebral palsy of the chronic-residual stage of the disease in a comprehensive program of physical rehabilitation. The purpose of the study is to develop a method of hydrokinesis therapy for children 3-5 years with cerebral palsy of spastic form. The main novelties of the developed technique of hydrokinesis therapy: development of application of complexes of exercises in hydrokinesis therapy, which differs in structure from the generally accepted methods for patients with cerebral palsy of spastic form in the chronic-residual stage of the disease; combination of means of physical rehabilitation with the technique of hydrokinesis therapy during the annual cycle. The study involved 24 children 3-5 years of age with a diagnosis of "cerebral palsy, spastic diplegia" of the chronic-residual stage of the disease of moderate severity. To achieve this goal, theoretical analysis and generalization of data from scientific and methodological literature were used; pedagogical experiment and observation; medical and biological methods (used anthropometry and Pinier index; goniometry, assessment of basic motor functions (ABMF) on the Likert scale, muscle tone on the Ashfort scale, muscle strength on the Lovett scale; assessment of manipulative activity and speed response of the hands on trapping- the test made it possible to determine the level of development of fine motor skills); sociological methods (surveys of parents on questionnaires of social and emotional state and level of children's play activities); methods of mathematical statistics were used to process the actual experimental material, assess the reliability of the data. There were significant (p <0.01) changes in the indicators of social and emotional state in children with main group (MG) by 15.5%, in comparative group (CG) - by 11.7%, and there was a slight improvement in play activity in children with MG by 9.6%, in CG - by 5.75%. The developed method of hydrokinesiotherapy is effective and helps to improve the functions of general and fine motor skills, socio-emotional state and the level of activity of play activities of children 3-5 years with cerebral palsy of spastic form.

The study is aimed at assessing and managing the green credit risk of banks, reduces the systemic risk in the financial industry, and improves the efficiency of the use of bank funds. With the development and evolution of efficient wireless data communication and transmission technology, the study combines theoretical and empirical green credit analysis to analyze listed companies in different industries quantitatively. The index system of credit risk assessment is established through wireless data transmission technology combined with mobile computing and machine learning neural networks. A back-propagation neural network (BPNN) model is confirmed by principal component analysis and factor analysis, and the performance of the model is verified with example data. The results show that the BPNN-based credit risk assessment model can provide 95% accuracy. In addition, 99% of the sample companies have low risk and no green credit risk. However, most companies in the coal industry are at greater risk. Overall, medium and high-risk companies accounted for 11.5%. Compared with other state-of-the-art models, the machine learning neural network adopted here has better data fitting and prediction accuracy, higher learning efficiency, and higher accuracy. The model established inefficient wireless communication is suitable for bank credit risk assessment and has good reference value and practical significance for bank credit risk assessment and management in different industries.

The article substantiates the problem of health-preserving competence development in teachers of preschool education: as an important task of the modern world, as a priority personal characteristic, as a component of professional training. The essence of the phenomenon of “health-preserving competence” is revealed, the following structural components are distinguished: emotional and motivational, cognitive and activity-centered. The goal of the research is to determine the conceptual foundations of the development of health-preserving competence in teachers of preschool education; data collection and processing of information to clarify problematic aspects of the phenomenon being under consideration. In the course of empirical research, the authors used the method of anonymous thematic survey (questionnaire) and its analysis. The research group consisted of: students of the 4th year of dual mode of study (who work on specialty) – 38 participants (group A); students of the 4th year of part-time mode of study who work on specialty (in preschool educational institutions) – 45 participants (group B) and students of advanced training courses – 53 participants (group C). The total number is 136 respondents. The conducted research proved that the respondents are aware of the main categories of health; are motivated and aware of the importance of health-preserving behavior, but are not sufficiently aware of modern health-preserving technologies. Therefore, the activity-centered component requires to be strengthened for the development of health-preserving competence in teachers of preschool educational institutions. Prospects for further scientific work will consist in the implementation to the system of higher education and advanced training courses for preschool teachers of the elective course “Formation of health-preserving competence in the subjects of the educational process” and determining the effectiveness of its implementation.
