Developing bio-technical reliability among future researchers and industrial work-force in developing countries: a success story

Abstract: A common problem in the biotech sector of developing countries is that a large portion of students attain a poor conceptual understanding of the basic theory and/or lack proficiency in basic laboratory skills even as they complete higher studies such as a master's degree.
