The lantern exhibition at the Lantern Festival is an important traditional festival in Taiwan. Visitors play an important role in the promotion and sustainable development of intangible cultural heritage (ICH). In recent years, the involvement of digital technology in traditional lantern design and shows has contributed to the protection, inheritance, and promotion of ICH, there remains less research on using augmented reality (AR) with ICH tourism. In this study, AR is used for ICH lantern exhibition to discuss the learning experience in lantern tourism and the relationship between technology acceptance and satisfaction from the perspective of visitors, as well as evaluate what AR has on improving visitors’ awareness and learning experience. Then, primary variables of the technology acceptance model (TAM) are combined with generic learning outcomes (GLOs) to integrate ICH, education, and technology to expand TAM, building a new model to study the ICH learning experience. A questionnaire and observation are used. Respondents are visitors participating in the AR lantern exhibition in Taiwan, which is designed by the author. There is a total of 200 questionnaires collected in the end. The result shows that knowledge and understanding (KU), attitudes and values (AV), activity, behavior, and progression (ABP), and enjoyment, inspiration, and creativity (EIC) from GLOs have a positive effect on technology acceptance and actual use (AU). Therefore, visitors are satisfied with innovative and interesting technology learning experiences, enhancing learning interest and results. Besides, the interaction of the AR system improves visitors’ learning motivation, which shows the combination of AR technology with ICH tourism helps improve cultural awareness.

Adopting modern learning technology such as Augmented Reality (AR) technology in higher education has become a demand to enhance teaching and learning performance and motivate students to acquire effective learning processes. Yet, the readiness of universities to adopt modern learning technology, such as AR applications, in developing countries, particularly in Saudi Arabia, is considered one of the critical issues to ensure the AR system’s success. This study aims to explore the factors that influence the academic members’ willingness in Saudi Arabian higher education to adopt modern learning techniques such as AR technology. To test the model, a quantitative survey using a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale was applied in this study to collect the data. The study was conducted among a sample of 228 academic members and e-learning staff. Based on the analysis, the study found that perceived usefulness and perceived pedagogical contribution are important predicting factors for academic members’ willingness to employ AR in Saudi Arabian higher education teaching. The findings from this study provide insights that assist further studies regarding AR integration factors in higher education. This study contributes to the literature by developing a theoretical and conceptual framework of critical success factors for AR incorporation in Saudi Arabian (SA) universities.

The use of learning methods is needed in learning activities, with the existence of learning methods the process of delivering learning is more effective. This study aims to find out what the steps for implementing the mind mapping method in learning morality in junior high schools are. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Sources of data were taken from three informants through a set of interview protocols that have been validated by one expert in their field, the informant is a teacher of Islamic religious education in junior high schools. The informants were selected through a purposeful sampling technique. Then, all of the interview results are analyzed by using Milles and Huberman pattern. From the results of the interview, it was stated that the use of the mind mapping method consisted of seven steps, namely four steps taken by the teacher consisting of first providing media and learning resources, second delivering mind mapping material, third dividing students into several groups, fourth carrying out evaluation while three implementation steps the activities carried out by the students consisted of the first students discussing making a complete mind map, the second students presenting the results of the discussion in front of the class and the third students concluding the lesson. The results of this study can be used as initial data for further research in examining this problem in different contexts and issues.
