Developing and piloting an electronic telephone triage application.

Abstract: 68 Background: Telephone triage is a vital part of today’s oncology practice and is often not standardized and measured to allow for quality improvement. UPMC CancerCenter (UPMC) has 31 outpatient clinics and is in need of a tool to streamline the current telephone triage process.
