In this article, a study on enterprise automation is carried out. A variant of partial automation of the organization's work is proposed, based on the model obtained in the article for evaluating the effectiveness of the implementation of the management decision of the head of the organization. When faced with problems in the work of an enterprise, the head should have a solution model that allows him to respond to the problem in a timely manner and solve it with the necessary level of implementation of the management solution. In this article, the model is based on synthesis. The resulting model of a management decision allows you to get an indicator of the effectiveness of the implementation of a management decision. The obtained indicator of the effectiveness of the management decision characterizes the parameters of the system under consideration consisting of a hardware and software complex and personnel. By setting the required level of the indicator of the effectiveness of the implementation of a management decision and solving the inverse problem, we can obtain the required time indicators of the human-machine system, in order to guarantee the achievement of the goal of the organization's activities with a given level of indicator. The indicator of the effectiveness of a management decision obtained in the work allows you to obtain the necessary information about the organization under study, thereby implementing automation of management processes.
