The research aims to provide insights into sustainable practices within the construction industry. Employing a comprehensive framework, the study evaluates the economic, technological, environmental, social, and corporate governance aspects of ESG performance. The findings shed light on the specific influence of corporate governance and technology on the overall ESG performance. The China State Construction Group Corporation case study exemplifies notable advancements in these areas. The study concludes with valuable implications and recommendations for fostering enhanced ESG practices in the broader context of construction companies.</p>
