Abstract

Myocard-Amnity of Technetium-Isonitriles after Deutmtion. SUmmary:t -Butylisonitril (TBI) and Methoxy-isobutyl-isonioniail (MIBI) were labelled w i t h deuterium leading to or MIBIds. After labelling with %Tc the organdistribution in mice and rats was studied. The deuterated isonitriles showed only a small increase in myocard-affiiity but a significant decrease in blood concentration. so more favourable ratios heart/blood w m reached t-Burylisocyanid-dg (TBI-d9)In Anlehnung an G. Skoma und L Ugi (8) gibt man in einen 500 ml Dreihalskolben 11.8 g LaRt man die Deuterierung der Methoxygruppe weg, kommt man zu 2-Methoxy-2-methylpropyl-ld2-isoniml (MIBI-d2).
