Abstract

Este artigo busca compreender as relações e práticas culturais envolvidas na leitura no passado. A análise parte do estudo de dois leitores em particular, que realizaram suas leituras no início do século XX, na Biblioteca Pública do Paraná, para, a seguir, buscar em seus escritos as pistas sobre suas leituras.<br>This article tries to understand the cultural practices and relationships in the reading practices of the past. The analysis begins with the study of two readers, who began their reading practices in early Twentieth Century, at the Public Library of Paraná..
