“Deus me livre! Vou rezar muito e pedir para não cair nesse Cantagalo”: negociações e conflitos em jogo no processo de implementação de políticas públicas em uma favela da cidade do Rio de Janeiro

Abstract: Resumo:O presente trabalho tem como objetivo descrever e analisar as divergentes lógicas que orientam o PAC e os moradores em relação à forma como concebem o espaço do chamado "Complexo Pavão-Pavãozinho-Cantagalo".
