Deubiquitylase UCHL3 drives error correction at kinetochores and chromosome segregation independent of spindle assembly checkpoint

Abstract: Equal segregation of chromosomes during mitosis ensures euploidy of daughter cells. Defects in this process may result in imbalance in chromosomal composition and cellular transformation.
