The concept of energy supply is widely discussed, but there is no consensus on ways of its provision. In the current research, we have provided an analysis of available combinations of renewable sources for decentral- ized energy supply. It is important for critical facilities on territorial society and district levels. The article considers the safety of the technical component of a complex organizational and technical system by studying the functional relationship between the parameters: temperature, time, active power, hydrogen participation, etc. The idea of the work is to evaluate the ratios of generating capacities of different types of renewable sources in complex systems and select highly efficient technologies and energy means for decentralized energy supply.

The results of the research on the influence of the drum type reactor design-technological parameters and the substrate`s physical-chemical parameters on the substrate`s components mixing evenness, that influence the quality of the received compost, are presented in this paper. By the method of the multifactor experiment rational values of the drum rotation speed, the blades (mounted on the inner drum surface) angle and the substrate`s moisture content are defined at which the components distribution homogeneity in the substrate reaches maximal value. The abovementioned, in turn, provides high compost quality by the agrichemical indices. The recommendations are given to pick the design parameters and operational modes of the drum type reactor.

Дослідження Енергетичних Параметрів Процесу Конверсії Біосировини В Закритій Камері Ферментації

Зброджування біосировини в закритих камерах ферментації є одним з перспективних методів виробництва компостів, що інтенсивно розвивається. Однак, одним з невирішених питань процесу зброджування субстратів на основі біосировини в закритих камерах є низька ефективність, пов’язана із втратами енергії. З метою дослідження енергетичних параметрів процесу зброджування біосировини розроблено та представлено конструкцію камери ферментації закритого типу. Встановлено, що саме температурний режим на кожній з фаз зброджування субстрату є вагомим чинником впливу на ефективність усього процесу виробництва компосту. Експериментально визначено, що оптимальними температурами на кожній з фаз зброджування є: фаза розігрівання субстрату – до 20 °С; мезофільна фаза – від 20 до 42 °С; термофільна фаза – від 42 до 65 °С; фаза дозрівання – від 65 °С до температури навколишнього середовища. Забезпечення вказаного температурного режиму на кожній з фаз зброджування дозволяє зробити процес компостування керованим та отримувати компости високої якості відповідно до біотехнологічних норм. Експериментально досліджено, що найбільше енергії втрачається через конвекцію на термофільній фазі компостування. Найвищі значення коефіцієнту конвекційного теплообміну становили 1,6…1,7 Вт/(м2·°С) при температурі процесу рівній 61…62 °С і мали місце на 108…132-й годинах тривання процесу компостування. При цьому на 132-й годині тривання процесу значення коефіцієнта тепловиділення становило 8,5 Вт на кілограм органічної речовини субстрату, а сумарна кількість теплоти, виділена з кілограму органічної речовини субстрату, досягала 2 МДж/кг. Хоча під час термофільної фази компостування біосировини внутрішня енергія субстрату різко зростала, на забезпечення енергетичних потреб процесу витрачалося лише 5 % цієї енергії. Аналіз параметрів процесу свідчить, що близько 95 % від виробленої в процесі компостування теплоти втрачається через конвекцію, теплове випромінювання та під час аерації субстрату повітрям. Ці втрати можна зменшити, розробивши відповідні термопідтримуючі засоби – теплоізоляційне покриття зовнішніх поверхонь камер, використання нагрівачів. Бібл. 14, рис. 5.
