Amaç: Araştırma, annelerin doğum sonu konfor düzeyleri ve etkileyen faktörlerin belirlenmesi amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak yapılmıştır. Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırmanın örneklemini, Türkiye'de bir il merkezindeki iki hastanede doğum sonu dönemde bulunan ve araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 526 anne oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın verileri, Kişisel Bilgi Formu ve Doğum Sonu Konfor Ölçeği (DSKÖ) kullanılarak yüz yüze görüşme yöntemiyle toplanmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırmada, annelerin DSKÖ'den aldıkları puan ortalamasının 122,88 (SS 15,02), fiziksel konforda 46,27 (SS 7,66), psikospritüel konforda 43,48 (SS 5,10), sosyokültürel konforda 33,09 (SS 6,59) olduğu saptanmış olup, annelerin konforlarının orta düzeyde olduğu belirlenmiştir. İsteyerek gebe kalan, sağlık personelinin davranış şeklini oldukça nazik olarak nitelendiren, hastanede yatış süresince eğitim alan, verilen bakımdan memnun olan, genel sağlık durumunu çok iyi olarak ifade eden ve verilen bakım ile doğum sonu rahatladığını ifade eden annelerin fiziksel, psikospritüel, sosyokültürel konfor ve toplam ölçek puan ortalamalarının diğer gruplara göre anlamlı şekilde daha yüksek olduğu bulunmuştur (p<0,05). Sonuç: Gebeliği isteme durumu, doğumu algılama şekli, genel sağlık durumu, sağlık personelinin davranış şekli, hastanede yatış süreci içerisinde eğitim alma ve verilen bakımdan memnun olma durumunun annelerin konfor düzeyini etkilediği belirlenmiştir. Annelerin doğum öncesi, doğum ve doğum sonrası dönemde bilgilendirilerek desteklenmesi, doğum servislerinin konforu artıracak şekilde düzenlenmesi ve sağlık personelinin annelere ve ailelerine nazik yaklaşımlar sergilemesi önerilebilir.

Bulgular: Annelerin DSKÖ toplam puan ortalaması 110.42±9.12'dir. Annelerin çalışma ve gelir durumu ile DSKÖ; annelerin aile tipleri, doğumda komplikasyon olması, doğum şekli ve doğum sonu anne-bebek ilişkisinin sağlanması ile fiziksel alt boyut; annelerin gelir düzeyi, aile tipleri, gebeliği isteme durumu, doğum sayısı, doğumda komplikasyon olma, doğum şekli ve doğum sonu anne-bebek ilişkisinin sağlanması durumu ile psikospritüel alt boyut; annelerin gelir düzeyi ve gebeliği isteme durumu ile sosyo-kültürel alt boyut puanları arasında anlamlı fark olduğu belirlenmiştir (p<0.05). Sonuç: Araştırmada annelerin orta düzeyde konfora sahip oldukları belirlenmiştir. Doğum yapan annelerin doğum sonu dönemde konforunu artırabilmek için, hemşirelerin bakım gereksinimlerini belirlemede, annelerin konfor konusunda beklentilerini göz önünde bulundurmaları önerilebilir. Anahtar kelimeler: Doğum sonu dönem; hemşirelik bakımı; kadın; konfor ABSTRACT The Birth of Comfortable Women and The Effective Factors Aim: The study was conducted to determine the postpartum comfort and the factors affecting the birth of women. Methods: The study was carried out with 406 mothers in a maternity-ward clinic of a training and research hospital in the west of our country. The study was conducted between January 2017 and January 2018. The data were collected by a personal information form and Postpartum Comfort Scale. Data were evaluated by number, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Cronbach Alpha, t test, Mann-Whitney U test, Kruskall-Wallis, one-way variance analysis. Results: The PCS mean total score of the mothers was 110.42 ± 9.12. Working and income status of mothers and PCS; mothers' family types, complication at birth, delivery type and postpartum mother-infant relationship with the physical sub-dimension; the level of income of the mothers, family types, the demand for pregnancy, the number of births, the complication at birth, the mode of delivery and the postpartum mother-infant relationship and psycho-spiritual sub-dimension; There was a significant difference between the income level of the mothers and the demand for pregnancy and socio-cultural sub-dimension scores (p <0.05). Conclusion: In the study, it was determined that mothers had moderate comfort. In order to increase the comfort of postpartum mothers during the postpartum period, nurses may be advised to take into account their expectation about comfort in determining nursing care needs.

To investigate the factors affecting mothers' infant feeding attitudes in the postpartum period.Material and Method: Crosssectional descriptive research was carried out in a public hospital child outpatient clinic. The sample of the study consisted of 173 mothers whose babies were followed up in the pediatric outpatient clinic between April 2018 and April 2019. The data were obtained through the questionnaire form and the Infant Nutrition Attitude Scale.Results: A statistically significant difference was found in terms of Baby Nutrition Attitude Scale scores according to the mothers' mode of delivery (p=.002) and the breastfeeding status of their babies in the community (p=.002). It was determined that there was a highly positive correlation (p=.000) between the number of maternal controls during pregnancy and the total duration of breastfeeding. It was observed that there was a positive (p=.012) relationship between the number of births of the mothers and the Baby Nutrition Attitude Scale scores. İt is possible to explain approximately 12.3% of the dependent infant feeding attitude variable with the variable of maternal education and breastfeeding status in society. Conclusion:The breastfeeding attitude of mothers who gave birth by cesarean section is positive compared to mothers who gave birth normally. Mothers who have a positive breastfeeding attitude breastfeed their babies more easily in the society. As the number of mothers during pregnancy increases, the total duration of breastfeeding increases. As the number of births of mothers increases, breastfeeding attitude increases positively.
