Determination of X-Ray Elastic Constants for Q1N Submarine Pressure Hull Steel

Abstract: The Canadian Navy has a requirement to conduct on-site accurate residual stress investigations to improve the efficacy of risk assessment and damage tolerance analysis of critical structures.
